Waleed Yousef, Director of Adoptions & Volunteer Services

Waleed Yousef attended Arcadia University for International Studies and Philosophy with a minor in Arabic and Economics. During his undergraduate studies he traveled abroad to study in Ireland and interned with Irish Senator and human rights activist David Norris and Feargol Quin. At 19 years old, Waleed was the youngest person to complete the internship program. Post graduation from Arcadia, Waleed interned with the Joe Sestak campaign, and quickly became the head Volunteer Coordinator of Pennsylvania before he was transferred to the Pittsburgh office to help jump start the campaign in western PA. After the senate campaign had ended, Waleed returned to Philadelphia and has since been working for the Law Offices of Jack McMahon. Waleed currently resides in the Fairmount section of Philadelphia with his Foxhound/American Bulldog mix Big Ben, a member of New Leash on Life USA’s Quarterback Class at the Philadelphia Prison Systems.
